Let me tell you about probably the best, most addictively delicious, yet healthy snack I’ve ever made.

Yep, I’m gonna be showing you my personal favorite – Crispy Oven-Baked Pickle Chips!

First things first, I am OBSESSED with pickles.

Like I could eat a whole jar of them while watching reruns of ‘Friends.’

So honestly, when I first heard about pickle chips, it felt like all my wildest, crunchiest dreams were coming true.

Yet here was the problem.

With the store-bought versions, all that fried, greasy goodness left me feeling way too guilty. Major bummer, right?

Well, not anymore!

Thanks to my eternal love for experimenting in the kitchen, I’ve found a solution.

Crunch-filled, flavor-packed pickle chips without the guilt. Yep, that’s right, we’re going healthy.

These oven-baked pickle chips are so crispy, tangy, and absolutely delicious!

They’re a breeze to make and will vanish in no time!

Pair them with ranch, herbed mayo, or sour cream for a tasty combo.
